Far beyond the outer reaches of the Universe’s own imagination is a world created from unobtainable elements, a world where a war rages on to absorb and create more land.
A glowing emerald orb brought the first explorers here, and soon they found that the anti-gravity mineral known as Unobtanium could be refined to create blocks of land that sustained life and produced resources that made them very very rich.
Tezotopian civilization has sophisicated beyond the need for human blood to be shed in order to move borders and claim spoils, the warlords of Tezotopia are manufacturing armies of robots to fight to produce more land, expanding the planet of Tezotopia—or the Infinite Continents, as it has become known—but rest assure there is nothing infinite in all existence, and war can only bring few victors.
The peaceful planet you’ve become accustomed to is about to be rattled by the greed of blood thirsty warriors.
Be prepared.
How Battles Work
Head to the Sword Icon to assemble your units for battle. Select the units on the left sidebar. Once you select THREE units (that’s the minimum) you can proceed to lock your units into the smart contract and that’ll take you to the in-game lobby.
You’ll enter a matchmaking phase where you’ll be matched with the next available opponent. This will change in the future to match you to an evenly-matched force, but the current version of Tezotopia Battles, sets you up against the next available opponent immediately.
Once matched, you’ll be allowed to deploy your forces onto the battlefield. Select available regions (those not in the red zone) and deploy your units by selecting the Deploy/End Turn button on the lower-right corner of the interface.
To move your units around the map you can select “Move” on the lower part of the UI—and if your unit is a Melee unit with an Attack Range (AR) of 1, it is given a Move Boost. Select “Move Boost” and “Move” simultaneously and you’ll see the movement range expands for your unit.
To Attack select “Attack” from the bottom portion of the UI. As a Melee unit you’re only allowed to attack at close range, such as the example above—far range units can attack from a distance, an available range will be displayed on the map.
Once you are Victorious in battle —because of course you’ll be—you are presented with the battle stats for your units and the amount of Health Points (HP) they lost.
You can heal your units with the Energy (ENR) resource. Head to the dashboard to view and select your “Damaged” units, then click repair. Repairs are calculated using the following equation: (5 * HP) * DEF = ENR Amount needed to instantly repair. Units will auto-heal for free to 50% at a rate of 1 HP every 30 minutes.
Once you End Match, you can claim your lootbox! You can collect Energy Pods on the battlefield that are randomly dropped to go towards your repair fees, and lootboxes include great prizes such as Artifacts, Rare Alien Collectible NFTs, and Tickets to Mint!
That concludes the major points of Tezotopia Battles, and we hope it’s been helpful to getting you started and amped up for our Play 2 Earn battles!
