Battles are now live for everyone to participate in on Hangzhou testnet. We invite the Tezos community to partake in the open beta of Tezotopia Battles: create a testnet wallet account, purchase testnet battle units and jump into battle!

We are inches away from a full release to mainnet, but we want to put on tests with a larger number of players before we do that. We will be lifting Whitelist restrictions for this phase of the beta testing, and will bring back Whitelist restrictions once Tezotopia Battles go live on mainnet, allowing 100k stakers to continue testing new features in a closed environment.
For the latest release of Tezotopia Battles, we have included ENR airdrops straight onto the battlefield; this feature creates a new dynamic on the battlefield that gives Wave 1 units an advantage as first movers, but also modifies strategies: will you fight to control the ENR positions or will you fight to defeat your enemy and claim a lootbox?
Additionally, we will be laying out a roadmap for what improvements and features will arrive in future versions of Tezotopa Battles once we launch on Mainnet.
This being an open beta, we want to temper expectations a bit and express that some features such as claiming loot, ENR, and earning XP and perks to improve your battle units is not fully functional and live on the beta version.
Being an open beta, we invite everybody to point out bugs, glitches, or suggestions directly in our #suggestions channel on discord.

In addition to addressing the most critical problems reported during closed beta this is the current list of features & bugs that will be addressed before Mainnet launch:
Move boost with cooldowns for melee robots to counteract kiting
Reload webpage issues
Scaling down melee attacks of snipers
Visual feedback for what is going on during duels
Reward loot boxes
Transfer collected ENR drops into wallet
Use ENR to repair HP of units
Close iframe on End game and Close Game button
Ensure players that abuse the game by quitting or disconnecting do not earn
XP earning
